This week’s Single of the Week is “Cheap and Cheerful” by The Kills. The Kills are an indie band formed by vocalist Alison Mosshart and British guitarist Jamie “Hotel” Hince. The group’s minimal punk sound has shades of 60s biker chic in their image, while their music is a mixture of PJ Harvey, Jesus and Mary Chain and the indie blues of Royal Trux.
